We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist us. The rooms were clean and quite spacious for the price we paid. There were plenty of amenities available, and we had access to both the main and tower wings. The hotel's high floor bar offered stunning views of the city surroundings. The location was perfect, with fast food options and a Starbucks just across the street. Plus, it was just a 10-minute walk to the nearby Festival mall.

Erick and Josh provided excellent service during pick up and drop off, and even gave helpful recommendations about nearby attractions. they were able to direct me to the Pastry Corner Shop where I could get soap for bathing. The location also allowed for a quick 25-minute commute on weekends. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided a variety of options.

The concierge and receptionist staff lacked friendliness and seemed to prioritize foreign guests over others.

We were pleasantly surprised that Bellevue did not charge extra for our two additional teenage guests. our experience was excellent and we will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The room was amazing, with a huge and comfortable space, excellent quality sheets, and a bathtub. The club room upgrade was great value for money, with excellent service and food. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff, both Filipino and non-Filipino, were friendly and accommodating. The 21st floor signature lounge and Cafe Aisle offered great service, and the lobby staff were efficient and courteous.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions and malls was an unexpected bonus. the hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to many attractions. the spacious and comfortable rooms were a treat, and the housekeeping staff kept everything in top-notch condition. the breakfast provided was excellent and had a great variety of food options. Not to mention, their eco-friendly efforts to ditch single-use plastic bottles were impressive.

The designated smoking area is not very suitable for smokers with no cover from the elements making it unpleasant to use. Maybe they could consider providing a more practical area for smokers.

As women travelling alone, we found the staff at Bellevue Manila to be extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and provided all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options and the shuttle service to nearby malls was convenient.

I recently stayed at The Bellevue for 4 nights on a business trip. The rooms were comfortable, although a bit too warm due to the thermostat being set at 10 degrees Celsius. However, all the amenities were top-notch and the hotel had a luxurious feel. The location was excellent, with easy access to Calabarzon, the airport, and malls. The free shuttle service was a great convenience. The staff were always willing to help, and the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen staff went out of their way to please. The Bellevue provided excellent service and value for money.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
