I had the most incredible room service experience at Kempinski. Collin, Caleb, and Gabriel went above and beyond to make my birthday unforgettable. Despite being far from home, they made sure I had the best birthday ever. The hotel staff is welcoming, and my room was clean, spacious, and even had a balcony.

My check-in experience was a bit bumpy. The initial room I was assigned had mouldy walls, and the front desk wasn't initially accommodating when I asked for a change.

The rooms at Kempinski Hotel were spacious with nice attached bathrooms, hot water in the shower, and a working wifi connection. The hotel provided a great assortment of toiletries and towels, as well as an iron and ironing board. The comfortable bed and several TV channels added to the convenience. The breakfast provided was fantastic. The hotel also had a pool and outdoor lounge area, which was great for relaxation. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Some rooms had a mildew smell and showers were not properly cleaned. the food service at times was slow, which seemed to be a norm in Ghana.
