We had a blast at Shangri-La! Big rooms, amazing showers, and fantastic facilities. The pools were great, and the staff were super friendly and chatty. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we even enjoyed a cozy 7am yoga session with Sajith. The spa was beautiful, and the chi journey treatment was incredibly relaxing. The golf course was excellent, with well-maintained greens and helpful caddies. we felt very welcomed and had a great time.

Wow! Our 12-night stay at this resort was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service and genuine warmth from the staff. The receptionist, Monika, was a delight and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Our room was spotless thanks to the hard work of Duiaj, and the food at the Ulpatha restaurant was simply delicious. The gift from the guest relations team when we left was a touching gesture that made us feel truly appreciated. The entire experience was truly a testament to great hospitality. Despite some unfortunate events in the country, our stay at this hotel was an absolute highlight of our trip. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly unforgettable experience.

The hotel had three beautiful pools, providing plenty of space and privacy for guests. the rooms were clean and attention to detail was excellent. One of the best aspects was that the hotel was child-friendly, with a large play area and a buffet specifically for kids. the staff were also friendly and always had a smile on their faces.

The beach was nice, but it got very hot and sunny quite early in the morning, making it uncomfortable at times. the food was average, with the buffet spread not being impressive and the taste nothing to write home about.

The kids club was fantastic, and our boys loved the Easter celebrations. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with stunning views over the golf course and the beach. The swimming pools were clean and well-maintained, and the beach, although not suitable for swimming due to the waves, was great for walks and playing in the sand.

Nothing bad to say.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the dedicated arts and play center for kids, Trapeze and slides, massive kids pool, buffet just for kids, and the 18-hole golf course with great lessons. The spa also offered reasonably priced 90-minute sessions.

Felt very lucky to have found this hotel, no complaints whatsoever.

The pools and other facilities provide plenty of opportunities for both relaxation and fun.

One aspect that could be improved is the speed of service at the bar.
