Lovely Hotel, great location

Although the breakfast at the small restaurant on the ground floor didn't have hot food, it was perfectly adequate for us. We enjoyed a variety of bread, croissants, meats, cheeses, cakes, fruit.

A pleasant stay in a great location. The hotel was very clean and my room had a comfortable, very large double bed. The reception staff were helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions such as the cathedral and the Central Market. It's also conveniently right next to the Museo de Ceramica, providing a stunning view for those lucky enough to have a balcony room. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a decent sized bathroom and plenty of hot water. There are many restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options for guests.

The hotel had some issues with heating in the rooms, which left guests having to add extra covers to stay warm.

The 24-hour reception desk was convenient for any needs or inquiries. The hotel's location in the center of the city made it easy to explore and visit popular attractions. Additionally, the in-room amenities such as the flat-screen TV and mini-bar added to the overall comfort of my stay.

I found that the walls between the rooms were quite thin, allowing me to hear what was happening in the neighboring rooms. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience at this hotel.

The walls are too thin - you could hear everything from the next room. the bed headboard is at an odd angle and not comfortable for watching TV or reading.

During our Easter stay, we really liked the location of the hotel. It was situated in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions and landmarks. We were just a short walk away from the cathedral and the nearest metro station, which was convenient for getting around. the hotel offered comfortable and spacious rooms. We had a lovely double aspect room with large windows, providing a great view of the surroundings.

There were a couple of things that we didn't quite like. there were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

I gotta say, the value for money at Sh Ingles Boutique was impressive. The room was bright, with two large windows and a view of the pottery museum. The location was spot-on, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff went above and beyond, upgrading us to a bigger room and arranging a taxi for our airport transfer.

The food for breakfast could use a little improvement, maybe a wider variety of options would be nice.

I recently stayed at Sh Ingles Boutique in Valencia for a few nights and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and other amenities. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, informative, and always ready to help. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great variety of options to choose from. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and powerful air conditioning. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel. The location was amazing, situated in the historic area of town near the main plaza. We enjoyed the excellent view of the lit up ducal palace next door. The neighborhood felt safe and we particularly loved the cute restaurant in the lobby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice terrace to sit out on and enjoy the view. The staff was professional and discreet, and the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the cathedral and on the tourist bus routes.
