We had a fantastic stay at Aretousa Hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the city center and close to amenities like bus stops and a mini-market. The room was clean and matched the pictures on the website. The breakfast, although plain, provided enough options to meet our needs. One highlight of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Nancy at the reception desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and assisted us with various arrangements, including car rental. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with cozy double beds that provided a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city on foot. I loved being able to walk to the main central street in less than a minute and the fact that the hotel was tucked away in a quiet, well-lit street away from the touristy area. The proximity to the bus station, mini-market, restaurant, and city's open theatre was also very convenient. The hotel even had a lift and disability-chair-raiser, making it accessible for all guests. The breakfast options were fresh and catered to everyone's needs, and the room was cleaned daily. The owners and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of their way to make our stay pleasant and even accommodating us for an extra night when our plans changed. This family-run hotel feels like a home away from home and I can't wait to visit again.

The breakfast was quite basic and definitely not worth the price we paid for it. the parking was a bit of an issue as we had to squeeze our car onto a narrow street with no designated parking spots.

Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was on a quiet and well-lit street, away from the touristy area. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. a fantastic experience!
