I recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Athens, and my experience at City View Urban Suites was fantastic. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The customer service from the reception team, particularly Evi, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to arrange transfers, chat about the area, and even printed off bus tickets for me. The breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was excellent value for money, and the facilities in the room, including a handheld steamer and a well-stocked mini bar, were comprehensive. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Athens.

The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of major tourist attractions like the Acropolis and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and a bustling food market hall. The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to provide helpful tips and recommendations. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of choices, served either in the stunning restaurant or in the charming alley in front of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the unique view of the Acropolis from our balcony. our experience at City View Urban Suites exceeded all our expectations, and we would definitely book here again.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of everything, with restaurants and bars right downstairs. The rooms are clean and beautiful, with amazing views of the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs offers many delicious options to choose from.

It can be a bit difficult to find the hotel if you're making your own way there from the train or bus.

As a satisfied traveler staying at City View Urban Suites for a week, I found the location to be brilliant. Situated on a bustling street with numerous restaurants, it was also close to Monistiraki Square and within walking distance of the Acropolis and other great districts. The hotel itself was beautifully finished, and the rooms were perfect, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally helpful, offering valuable suggestions for eateries, ideal visiting times, and even the best spots to enjoy delectable ice cream.

Despite the disappointments, I have to admit that a few things did stand out during my stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and centrally located, which made it convenient for exploring the city. Just a stone's throw away from a bustling square and easily accessible by metro, the location was definitely a plus. Additionally, the hotel staff, particularly Cristina, the receptionist who checked me in. Their willingness to assist and offer help was commendable, making me feel safe and well taken care of.

the room I booked, which was supposed to have a balcony and a view of a famous monument, was not what I received. I didn't get the promised balcony nor the desired view, and the explanation provided was not satisfactory.
