The hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean. the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the guest experience manager surprised me with cakes, sweets, and a card for my birthday, which was a lovely touch. the food in the bar was delicious and the drinks were reasonably priced. the air conditioning in the hotel was also great, especially during the heatwave.

The bar had one male bartender who seemed unhappy and often swore when taking orders. This made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable.
