The hotel is conveniently located in a lively square on the coast, bustling with clubs and entertainment options. It is also just a short walk away from the main square of Old Hersonissos, where you can find a wide selection of authentic tavernas. the hotel's proximity to Heraklion airport makes it easily accessible for travelers.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel can be unreliable and slow at times.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its attention to detail. The staff, including Dimitris, Melanie, and Maria, were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-furnished, with stunning views of the mountains or the sea from the balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a peaceful area away from the tourist crowds, yet still close to the main square where we found a variety of charming tavernas.

Nothing could be improved - everything was perfect!

The rooms were in excellent condition and were cleaned daily. the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. the hotel offered good prices for their delicious food. the hotel was located in a peaceful area and was only a few minutes away from the town square. It was also easy to catch a taxi, which took less than five minutes to arrive and cost only €7.

The swimming pool was somewhat small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. It was sometimes overcrowded, and numerous people would swim in the evening, which made it less appealing to swim in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay at Bella Vista Apartments. Friendly welcome, spotless rooms, lovely balcony with a view of the pool and sea. Delicious Cretan breakfast by the pool. Old Hersonissos is a wonderful refuge from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended.
