We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the new management at Casa De La Sera. The hotel is situated in a great location in the old city, allowing us to easily explore the buzzing streets both at night and during the day. We discovered an amazing restaurant nearby called Nikkos, which we would highly recommend. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good, setting us up for our days of sightseeing. The staff, including the desk clerk, were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. They even packed us lunches when we had to catch the ferry and flights, showing their commitment to excellent service. The location of the hotel was ideal, being in the old Jewish section with ruins and houses waiting to be restored. Additionally, there were great restaurants next door, making dining convenient and enjoyable. our experience at Casa De La Sera was fantastic and we appreciated the effort put in by the new management.

This hotel is located in a quiet part of Rhodes old town, very close to the port and the tourist area. There are also two lovely restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is modern and well-equipped with fancy shower accessories. The breakfast is served early enough, even for guests catching a ferry. The host is friendly and helpful, providing a colorful map of the island and Greeklish translations.

The mirror in the room is fragmented and distorts the reflection, which can be unpleasant.

This hotel is nestled within the charming walls of the old town, just a stone's throw away from the harbor and both the old and new towns. The location is excellent, with easy access to an exit gate for exploring further afield. Despite being in a quiet area, there are two lovely restaurants close by, adding to the hotel's charm. The rooms, although not as spacious as they appear in the photos, are still big, comfortable, and clean. Plus, the recent renovations make them feel fresh and modern.

Conveniently located within the Old Town, close to Laganis restaurant. Pleasant morning breakfast with friendly owner and guests. Easy access from port and bus station. Quiet at night but short walk to busy area. Clean rooms with effective air con.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet corner of the old town. It's full of traditional character and charm, making it a perfect choice for those looking for a cozy place to stay within the old town walls. The recently renovated rooms are spotlessly clean and come with all basic amenities. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. I particularly loved the breakfast included in the price, which was served early enough for us to catch our ferry in the morning. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of the port, making it ideal for those catching a ferry to explore the nearby islands.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa De La Sera in Rhodes. The hotel is in a great location, away from the commercialized part of Old Town. It's peaceful and quiet, but still close to the port and ferries. The staff, especially Dinos, were incredibly helpful and informative, always giving us directions and recommendations. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having a view of the harbor and a separate terrace to relax in the evenings. The restaurant next door, At Thomas, was excellent too.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the strong air conditioning. It made my stay very comfortable, especially during the warm weather. I also appreciated the flexibility with the late checkout, which allowed me to relax and not worry about rushing to catch my ferry.

Although I couldn't find a plug to charge my phone, I managed to use the TV plug instead. Additionally, the wifi connection in some rooms was weak, but it didn't bother me too much as I was mostly out exploring the city.

The hotel had a great location close to restaurants, the harbor, and sightseeing. Plus, the staff was friendly and always willing to provide advice. The hotel's rooms were also cleaned daily, which was appreciated.

The service was not up to par. Communication was poor and there was no breakfast offered.
