Exceptional port view, large balcony, clean room. Received a free suite upgrade. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Quick check-in and check-out process. Comfortable beds, close to city ideal for business travelers. 🌅🏨👍

Great views and convenient location close to the port. We were excited to have complementary drinks on arrival and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels.

This hotel was definitely not up to par with standards of a four-star hotel. The bathrooms were extremely outdated and cramped, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

Upon my early arrival to Chios, the hotel staff kindly allowed me to check in and rest in my room. The room had a well-lit interior with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views of the harbor from my room. Additionally, the breakfast selection was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options. I had a pleasant stay at this centrally located hotel and would recommend it.

We had a great time staying at a hotel located in a bustling area that allowed us to easily explore the vibrant nightlife by the harbor. It was so convenient to walk to the lively restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. Additionally, being in an Aegean island like Chios meant that we were just a short distance away from some of the most beautiful beaches. We could even catch glimpses of the stunning Turkish coastline from our room.

The hotel lacked the charm and elegance we were hoping for.

We live nearby and have stayed at this hotel multiple times during our visits to the island. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests we have. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center of everything, with a beautiful view of the marina across the street. The pool is luxurious and inviting, perfect for a refreshing swim. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this beautiful and windy island.
