The location was perfect. We were able to enjoy a beautiful beach and pool. the all-inclusive package had a great selection of drinks and dishes included, and the staff were extremely polite and attentive. the room was spacious and clean and had a spectacular view. It was perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The food at the buffet was not good. It was lackluster and tasted mediocre at best.

the staff was super friendly and competent, making us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the excellent and varied food options available at the buffet, as well as the convenience of the all-in formula. the Tui app was also a great feature, allowing us to easily access menus and register for activities. the cleanliness and maintenance of the resort were top-notch, and the management was exceptional in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The staff's hospitality was excellent! Very friendly and helpful, which deserves a compliment. The resort itself is beautiful, great location and lovely views. We enjoyed the variety of excellent dishes at the à la carte restaurants and the access to the beach. The all-inclusive package was worth it, once we figured out what was included.

The cleanliness of the rooms was a major disappointment. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival, and when we finally got in, it wasn't the room we had booked.

The amenities in this luxurious hotel were outstanding. the outdoor pool and beach access made for excellent relaxation, while the Spa centre offered multiple treatments and an indoor pool. the restaurant had a diverse menu, and room service was punctual. the location of the hotel provided scenic views and easy transportation.

The only downfall was the lack of a "Do Not Disturb" sign for the room and occasionally untimely housekeeping. this was a minor issue as the staff was quick to fix the situation.
