the staff was incredibly friendly, especially in the main restaurant. the balcony in my room had a beautiful view. the breakfast and dinner options were plentiful and delicious. the animation program provided great entertainment. the room was spacious enough for a family of two adults and one child, with ample space for luggage. I also loved the smart home solution for managing the lights and air conditioning. a wonderful experience!

Conveniently located near Chania and Heraklion airports, locals provide cheap and easy transportation options. The friendly staff offers excellent service. The hotel provides free sunbeds on its beautiful beaches. Enjoy delicious food at the three inclusive restaurants. Ideal for relaxation, activities, and meeting new people. Highly recommended.

Spent my Easter weekend at this hotel and enjoyed it. the buffet had plenty of options, specially the lamb that was very tasty. the gardens were very picturesque and fun to explore. the location of the hotel was very convenient with easy access to public transportation and key attractions. One more advantage was the excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful staff.

A few things didn't live up to my expectations. the room was outdated and could have been renovated.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel located just a short walk from a supermarket where I could find great deals and prices that were half of what I would pay elsewhere. There was also a Greek restaurant nearby where I could indulge in delicious local cuisine. Although the hotel was a bit away from the main attractions of Crete, it offered comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, and excellent service. The breakfast was diverse with options like fresh fruit, bacon, and waffles. The hotel also had a pool, spa, and a beautiful view of the grounds.
