The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, away from all the tourist attractions but still close enough to everything else. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities provided were excellent. The breakfast served on my private balcony with a breathtaking view was out of this world.

The hotel had a great location, close to both Fira and Oia, and easily accessible from the airport and ferry port. the rooms were beautifully decorated and the private balconies were a nice touch. the breakfast served every morning was delicious and had a good variety of options. the staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service, from arranging transportation to giving restaurant recommendations.

The room size was smaller compared to other hotels and the private balcony was actually along a walkway, lacking privacy. the spa was under construction during my stay and the dinner was not offered, which was inconvenient.

If we ever return to Santorini, we would definitely book here again, perhaps upgrading to a room with a plunge pool for added luxury.

The only downside we experienced during our stay was that the pictures on the booking website did not accurately reflect the "private" patio. It was not as private as we had expected, as it was separated from neighboring patios by knee-high flower pots.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the spacious and clean rooms at Iconic Santorini. The comfortable bed and pillows were a dream, and having two full baths was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was also great, with nearby villages within walking distance, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options.

Felt like home, no reason to complain.
