Had an incredible stay at Nefeles Luxury Suites in Santorini. the suite was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with a fantastic terrace and jacuzzi. the views from the terrace were stunning, especially during the sunsets. the location was perfect, right in the middle of everything but still peaceful and tranquil. the communication and service from Maria and the team were exceptional, making us feel special and like family. A truly unforgettable experience that we hope to repeat in the future.

Stayed here for New Year's and had an amazing time! the view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the room was extremely clean and spacious. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and walking paths. a wonderful experience.

The only downside was the inability to control the room temperature. As the sun beat down on the room in the afternoon, we had to keep everything closed up to keep the temperature down.

Located in a more quiet area with an extra beautiful view of the caldera, this hotel offers a great location for tourists. The rooms are well-appointed with designer, high-end bathrooms. The breakfast included with the room is excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. Guests can also enjoy the penthouse sun room, deck, and pool area with stunning views of the caldera.

As mentioned in the reviews, some rooms lack temperature control, making it difficult for guests to cool down and sleep comfortably.

If I had to find something to improve, I would have liked the hot tub to be hotter and to have the ability to manually adjust the temperature. Additionally, the rooms were smaller than what we're used to, but mentally preparing for the size made it manageable.

My stay at Nefeles was amazing! The hotel was cozy and had a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast delivered to my room each morning was a delicious treat. The staff, especially Kostas, was incredibly helpful with recommendations and making sure I had an unforgettable experience. The only downside was that the hot tub didn't get hot enough, but that didn't dampen my overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this hotel.
