We had a fantastic stay here! The location couldn't have been better - it was perfect and close to everything. The hotel itself is excellent, very close to the main tourist area, about a 5 minute walk or even less if you walk fast. It is ideal - right in the center of an amazing selection of shops and restaurants. The staff was very nice, except for one of the ladies at the front desk. But overall, they provided excellent service, especially Evalena who always greeted us, made sure we were well taken care of, and helped us find shops that may provide what we forgot to pack.

Olive Green is strategically located near the Archaeological museum, bus stop to Knossos, and the lively nightlife area of the city. the hotel is sparkling clean and very well maintained. Despite being close to the city center, it is surprisingly quiet at night. the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond to assist with luggage and plan tours and visits. the breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of freshly made traditional food. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this place in the heart of the city, with a great location on a nice square with a few terraces. The service from the friendly and helpful staff was also a highlight, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire all available. The room itself was very comfortable, with in-room amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. In addition, we appreciated the small touches like the welcome drink, tours/ticket assistance, and garden furniture.

This venue would be highly recommended for families, thanks to the leisure facilities such as beach access, library, and tv room, as well as children's buffet.

We had an amazing stay at this new hotel in the heart of the city. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even remembered us from our previous visit. The check-in process was quick and they provided extra blankets and room service when we arrived late. The fridge was well-stocked and we loved the tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel was surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area. a great experience for our group of friends.

Our xmas stay was perfect! the hotel staff was exceptional, offering us a warm welcome with complementary drinks and bites. the location was spot on, just a stone's throw away from main attractions. It featured fresh juices, different bread types, croissants, greek yoghurt and much more! But what really topped it off was the beautiful rooftop, where we enjoyed the stunning view over the city.

There are no shortcomings to share. the hotel ticked all the boxes for us and we had a pleasant stay.
