I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and spic and span bathrooms. The hotel facilities were impressive, offering both great group gathering areas and more intimate spaces. The breakfast was superb, with fluffy eggs and delicious coffee. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They treated my family fantastically and even accommodated a room upgrade for us. The location was ideal, near the Midland Mall and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Plus, having a Target next door was incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs.

I had a last-minute stay at the Residence Inn and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. Despite their computer problems, the front desk staff worked tirelessly to accommodate me and even adjusted my check-in and check-out times. The two-room suite I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The location near the side entrance was convenient for taking my dog outside. The included breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and comfortable stay.

Our room on the second floor was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a cozy king bed and sleeper sofa. The amenities like the fridge, microwave, and dishes were a convenient addition. Our 5-year-old had a blast in the pool and hot tub. The front desk staff, especially Steve, were extremely helpful, and Rita kept our room looking impeccable. The free breakfast, although crowded at times, was a nice touch. we had a great experience and would definitely stay at Residence Inn again.

The suite was spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a roomy bathroom. the hotel had a top-notch exercise room and an attractive pool. the location was convenient, close to Walmart, the Midland Mall, and various chain restaurants. Additionally, the hotel was set back from the road and surrounded by open fields, making it a quiet and peaceful stay.

The kitchen sink in the suite was a bit small, which made washing up and preparing food a bit challenging.

I recently had a month-long stay at this hotel and I must say, the staff made it an absolute pleasure. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic experience during my time there. The hot breakfasts were both inviting and nutritious, and the "social" dinners on certain days of the week were a great way to socialize with other guests. The rooms, particularly the studios, were incredibly comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The hotel is conveniently located near a mall, Walmart, Meijer, and several popular restaurants such as Bennigans, Applebees. It's definitely my go-to hotel for business trips to this area.

The only slight downside I could mention is that the hotel could use some luggage racks. However, this wasn't a major issue for me as I used the rolling ottoman in the room to place my suitcase on.
