i had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel, which exceeded all my expectations compared to my past visits to paradise beach. the room was spotless and spacious, while the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, making mornings a treat. the staff, especially george, were incredibly warm and considerate, providing outstanding service throughout my stay.

Airport shuttle was convenient and reasonably priced.

My stay was amazing. it was just a 5-minute walk down the hill to paradise beach and the nearby tropicana beach bar, making it super convenient to soak up the sun and enjoy fun nightlife. The team was incredibly welcoming and really made me feel at home.

Amazing location. all of the staff were so kind and accommodating. Clean and tidy. the bed was super comfy, no single mattresses stuck together! Room service was great, and bartenders did an awesome job!

i'm truly baffled by the lack of vegan options, as i expected my dietary needs to be prioritized. on top of that, a simple welcome gift would have made my stay much more special, yet no one seemed to care. could have been great, but just couldn’t.

Ag man, George and the team really made us feel special! The brekkie was lekker, and the pool area was a perfect spot to chill after a day at the beach. Plus, the bus stop right outside made it easy to get around town. Cheers for the service, guys!

the room was a bit small. though the shower had a lovely rain feature. the breakfast was first class, with really friendly staff serving delicious food. great location, just a short walk to the beach and bus stop right outside.
