Extremely comfortable and luxurious rooms. Peaceful and clean hotel complex. Variety of three pools and entertaining activities. Great food and friendly staff. Kos town easily accessible. Beautiful place beyond pictures.

Can't fault anything about it.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel and had a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities of this hotel were amazing; we had access to a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, and beauty treatments. We particularly enjoyed accessing the private facilities, such as treatment rooms and a spa lounge. The sun terrace and garden area provided the perfect setting for relaxation, while the entertainment programs were great.

There was only one minor issue with the hotel - the karaoke wasn't very good. However, everything else was perfect, notably the service, which was exceptional.

Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The hotel location was great, with easy access to public transportation and tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering advice and recommendations for places to visit.

The quality of the local drinks was not good. The restaurant menu did not offer a wide range of options, and the food was just average.

The location is perfect, close enough to explore other parts of the island but yet in a nice quiet area. The Italian restaurant offers a varied and fresh menu with different themes each evening, such as Greek, Mexican, and Fish. In the main restaurant, there is ample breakfast options, including cooked breakfasts and continental choices with lots of fresh fruit.

One negative aspect is that the Wi-Fi is non-existent, only working poorly in the hotel reception area.

Manager went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, fantastic pool and restaurants, EXCEPTIONAL waiting and bar staff, convenient local shop, transport essential for exploring the island.

The food was great and there was plenty of choice. The adult pool offered a peaceful and relaxing experience. The hotel went above and beyond to address our initial room complaint. The hotel is stylish, clean, and the junior suite room was comfortable and well-designed. The personnel were friendly and helpful.

Modern and slick refurb, clean and well-maintained. Outstanding staff went above and beyond. Fantastic evening shows and aqua aerobics. Buffet had plenty of choice and always enjoyable. Excellent stay, booked to return.

Great for families with children – various entertainment events, friendly staff, and immediate help when needed.

Felt welcomed into the family, nothing to complain about.
