Fantastic staff made my day better

The staff here were super friendly and helpful, especially the woman at the front desk who helped me out after a tough travel day. The food was yummy, and I loved that they had dinner! The room was clean and comfy, and I enjoyed the hot tub. Just wish they had some lotion in the bathroom.

I always choose this place. Staff helped me print documents, unforgettable. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, free airport shuttle, fitness center, and more. Coming back for holiday.

The evening 5:30 Kickback® was a delightful surprise. The rotating menu of fresh, hot food and the complimentary beer, wine, and mixed drinks made it a great way to unwind after a long day, almost like having a personal chef and bartender at our service.

I keep returning to a welcoming spot. They once assisted in printing documents. It's perfect—Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour reception, fitness and outdoor pool, spa, and business centre. Also, flat-screen TV, fridge, and microwave. I appreciate the no-smoking policy. Excited for my New Year's stay.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. the location was convenient, being close to the airport and offering easy access to the conference we attended. We appreciated the complimentary evening reception where we could relax with appetizers and drinks after a long day. Additionally, the breakfast provided a great variety of options, including make-your-own waffles, to start our mornings right.

One downside we experienced was some trouble with our room key, which was required to access the parking lot and exterior doors. However, the front desk staff promptly replaced it for us, resolving the issue.

The hotel's condition was disappointing, as it appeared old and gloomy, not matching the photographs. the rooms were dusty with old furniture, and there were broken sockets.

During our stay at DISAA, we made time for Zoo Atlanta, a must-see attraction for families. The hotel's convenient location and efficient transportation made our visit easy and enjoyable. The complementary hot breakfast and evening kickback were perfect after a day at the zoo. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our family feel welcome and at home.

My wife says that the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved to lessen the noise from the airport, ensuring a better night's sleep for families with children.

Spacious room with perfect lighting and furniture. Staff, especially Yavonne at reception, were friendly and made our anniversary celebration memorable.
