We had a great stay at Eurostars Gran Hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the historic center. The buffet at the restaurant was excellent, with a wide selection of dishes at a very reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The spacious room and good shower were also highlights. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and convenient location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, only a short walk away from the historic center where I found a multitude of charming bars and eateries to explore. It was so convenient to be able to simply step outside the hotel and be surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

Great value for money! We stayed at this hotel for our Easter break and it was well worth it. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the historic center. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of choices. And the junior suite we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. it was a smart and clean hotel that offered excellent value for the price.

There were a few drawbacks. we were disappointed to find out that there was no restaurant at the hotel.

Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated rooms with incredibly comfortable beds. Upgraded to deluxe rooms unexpectedly. Gorgeous bathroom with incredible shower. Helpful staff with great advice on local dining. Perfect location near city center and Roman wall. Vintage décor in some areas.

Our New Year's Eve at the hotel was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary champagne and party favors in our room, as well as the complimentary breakfast the next morning. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling town center.

the layout of our room made it difficult to watch TV from the bed. though, we had a great time and would recommend the hotel for its central location and friendly staff.

I stayed in a hotel conveniently located right beside a grocery store and close to the historic center of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. The bathroom was clean and well organized. The staff provided excellent service and were fluent in English. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options. I also enjoyed the wonderful view from my room.

There was no assistance available to help bring the luggage down, which was a bit inconvenient.

Friendly staff, mid city location, monitored parking , clean bathroom, air conditioning, magnificent views from upper floors.

The rooms were exceptional, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Plus, the bed was huge! We were pleasantly surprised with an unexpected upgrade to deluxe rooms. The bathroom was gorgeous, with an incredible shower. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of one of the old town gates, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the room was spacious, clean, and newly renovated. There were convenient amenities like a safe box and fridge in the room. the hotel itself was modern and well-maintained. the staff at the reception were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. They even arranged for me to see a dentist when I had a dental emergency. I was impressed by their English language skills and professionalism. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from one of the old town gates. I also appreciated the option of either paid garage parking or free parking on the street around the hotel.
