The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket with long working hours, making it easy to grab any necessities. It is also just a short walk away from the beautiful beach and a picturesque garden with palm trees where you can relax on sunbeds. The city center of Heraklion is also easily accessible, whether by foot, bus, or car.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, and on one occasion, we found an entire eggshell in our omelette.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a serene area with plenty of dining options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The friendly and always available staff made my experience even better. The hotel is conveniently located just a short stroll away from a beautiful beach where I enjoyed delicious food and drinks at Heaven on the beach. We spent our New Year's holiday in a hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. The aircon and Wifi were strong, which was a relief as we were able to work remotely without any issues. The restaurant attached to the hotel was a definite advantage, although we had mixed experiences with the quality of the food. The hotel's location was convenient, with the beach a short walk away and easy access to public transportation.

The breakfast area was small and the selection was limited. we found the bus schedule erratic and hard to understand, which made it challenging to get into town.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The facilities and interior design are absolutely awesome, making it one of the most beautiful buildings in the area. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with everyone being kind and helpful. The food offered at the restaurant was delicious and the half board option was definitely a good value for the price. We also loved ending our day at the bar, where the bartender made all our drinks with great skill and attention. The hotel's decentralized hotspots provided excellent wifi quality in every room. And let's not forget about the air conditioner in our room, which was not only effective in keeping us cool but also remarkably silent.
