I recently stayed at Port Royal in Kolymbia for a week and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect with a quiet beach right on the doorstep. The food at the a la carte restaurant and snack bar was fresh and plentiful, offering great variety. The cocktails at the poolside bar were delicious and the table service was excellent. The towel service and comfortable sun loungers at the main pool were a great addition. The hotel itself is well-designed and caters to adults only, creating a peaceful and up-market atmosphere. The architecture is contemporary and the pool areas look stunning, especially at night with the colored underwater lighting effects. The pool and beach areas reserved for guests are well-equipped and the drinks/meal service provided was impressive. The menu at the buffet-style restaurants changed daily, ensuring a variety of options. I also enjoyed the quieter, table-service options at the other restaurants, especially the Italian one with its wood-fired pizza oven. The hotel offers a range of facilities such as tennis courts, exercise classes, and a gym. The rooms are well-equipped and there are different categories available to suit different preferences. I opted for a beach front room and it was worth every penny, offering breathtaking views of the bay and small local harbor just a short walk away. I had an excellent stay at Port Royal and would highly recommend it for those seeking a more luxurious and unique hotel experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel offered a lot of fun activities and infrastructures like a tennis court and a fitness center. Great location, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees, with easy access to walk destinations with a bay area overview. the food was delicious, and there was a wide selection to choose from, including options for vegetarians.

The pool water was quite cold, and the bigger pool was difficult to swim in, with underwater stairs ending in the middle area, presenting the risk of knee injuries. Some meals were not salted at all, and the buffet was limited in choices due to the hotel being smaller.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who enjoy water sports, as it is right on the beach. You can easily access the water and indulge in activities like snorkeling or kayaking. Additionally, the hotel offers private sun beds within walking distance from the property, allowing guests to relax and sunbathe with ease. The rooms are also amazing, with some offering private sharing pools and beautiful views. The breakfast at the hotel is great, with a wide variety of options and excellent service.

While the hotel itself is wonderful, the surrounding area may not be as appealing. The town nearby lacks charm and there aren't many options for exploring or experiencing authentic local cuisine.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints at all

The staff at Port Royal Villas And Spa - Adults Only made our honeymoon truly special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The facilities were outstanding, and we appreciated the attention to detail in making our stay memorable. The all-inclusive package was worth every penny, offering a wide array of delicious food and drink options. The location was perfect, with easy access to the port, beaches, and local attractions. we had a fantastic time and can't wait to return.

While our stay was wonderful, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The pool closing at 7pm was a bit disappointing, as we would have loved to enjoy a late-night swim.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was incredible, featuring a Turkish bath, sauna, indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and treatment rooms. the outdoor swimming pool was exceptional with sun loungers and beach umbrellas overlooking the sea. Every night there was entertaining live entertainment. the restaurant had a broad range of food, including special diet menus. Our room had a stunning sea view and a private terrace with excellent room service. the hotel's garden area was beautiful, and the sun terrace was perfect for relaxing.

The only minor issue was the location; although it was peaceful inside the hotel, the surrounding area was extremely touristy, meaning we didn't want to leave for a nice traditional meal.
