I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The location of this place was ideal, as it was close to a relaxing area and near the entertainment, which was very lively. Additionally, it was just outside a water park, which was a great bonus. The service at this hotel was exceptional, with prompt room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, with towels and bins changed daily. The rooms were spacious and equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a balcony or terrace, an in-room safe, and a television. The hotel also had a restaurant, bar, and snack bar, providing a variety of dining options.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

We had a great time at this hotel as a family with physical handicaps. The location of the hotel was perfect; it was close to the relaxing area, a short walk away from the beach, and near the main restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and accessible. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The water park and pools were enjoyable, especially for our children. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The evening entertainment could have been more inclusive for guests with physical handicaps.

Spent xmas break at a hotel in Greece. the food was decent and the indoor pool was a bonus, perfect for those cold days. Within walking distance of the town center and lovely beach which was a plus.

Although the hotel had an indoor pool, the room itself was cramped and very noisy. Walls were thin and could hear everything from other rooms.

Friendly staff, 24-hour service. Amazing water park with something to eat and drink everywhere. Great entertainment crew, always fun. Convenient for families with children. Good location near restaurants, pubs, and shops.

We had an incredible stay at Sun Palace. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the water park was well-managed and provided endless fun for our daughter. Our room was upgraded for free and was amazing, with a balcony offering a stunning view. the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, thanks to the hardworking and friendly cleaners. the beach was just a short walk away and offered plenty of sunbeds and crystal-clear water. the food options were plentiful, with great salads, hand-made pizzas, and a grill that catered to everyone's tastes. the multiple pools were not overcrowded, and the entertainment staff engaged with the children, ensuring they had a fantastic time. our experience was top-notch, and we're already planning to return in October.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with great facilities and excellent customer service. the staff, especially Nikos, were very attentive and helpful. the water park, with 11 slides for older kids and a pirate pool for younger ones, was a hit with my children. the arcade was also a hit. I will definitely be returning to Sun Palace in the future.
