Additionally, billing issues arose, including being overcharged for pool bar services, which soured parts of our stay. Transport options are sparse and costly, especially since the hotel is quite a distance from the city, so planning ahead is essential to avoid high transportation fees. It's clear that while the hotel offers some great features, there are significant operational gaps that need addressing.
