The view of the caldera and Fira at dawn and sunset was truly unique and unforgettable. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore Santorini. The staff, especially Neili, Genya, and Tina, were extremely attentive and made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable and the fast Wi-Fi and daily room service were much appreciated.

We had an amazing time at this hotel with its breathtaking views right on the edge of the volcano. The location, down the steep slope of the caldera side of the island, provided a sense of exclusivity away from the tourist strip. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms, though slightly tired, were decent. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast served on our private terrace was delicious. The outdoor pool areas were great for relaxation, and the hotel was very helpful when we had to change our length of stay due to unforeseen circumstances.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the service was exceptional; the staff was professional and attentive. the Spa & wellness centre was a great escape for relaxation. the Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were clean and well-maintained. the Massage and Beauty treatment offered were top-notch. the restaurant served a range of delicious dishes and had a beautiful outdoor dining area. the complimentary Breakfast was extensive and catered to various dietary needs. the private facilities were great, and the location gave stunning views of the ocean. the Sun terrace was a perfect spot to experience the mesmerizing sunset.

The only minor issue I faced was the lack of foot massage in the Massage package; this would have been a wonderful addition to the services.
