I especially enjoyed the boat ride to the property, which made me feel like a VIP. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The continental breakfast with fresh fruit was a delicious start to the day. I had an exceptional experience at Bolontiku Boutique and would highly recommend it.

The food at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely amazing, with each meal being unique, delicious, and beautifully presented. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, location, cleanliness, facilities, and food.

The beach was well-equipped with free water sports equipment like SUP boards and kayaks. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and provide excellent service. The complimentary boat transfers to Flores were a convenient way to explore the area.

The hotel's setting within a jungle and close proximity to the lake felt like a secret hideout, providing a unique and tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. The gowns and slippers provided were a nice touch as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had an incredible Easter getaway! the hotel's location was perfect , just a short boat ride away from the bustling city. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the facilities were top, notch. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding area. We loved the fact that the hotel offered kayaking and paddleboarding on the lake , it was such a fun and unique way to explore the area. the food at the restaurant was also delicious and the service was excellent. it was a superb experience that we would definitely recommend.

One minor downside was that the reception closed at a certain time, and we were not informed about it beforehand. This led to some confusion and inconvenience when we needed assistance after hours.

They were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a beautiful secluded location right on a picturesque lake, surrounded by lush jungle. Our room was great, with a fantastic view of the lake, and the bathroom was outstanding, very clean and spacious. The hotel offered a lot of free amenities including kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, which we enjoyed using on the lake. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The location was also convenient for exploring nearby attractions, such as a day trip to Tikal.

I recently stayed at Bolontiku Boutique Hotel & Spa for a week-long vacation. The cabinas were amazing, beautifully laid out with delicious smelling bathroom lotions. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool off and big enough to do a few lengths, or there’s plenty of lake to swim in. The free kayaks were a bonus, out on the water is such a lovely way to spend a morning. The views of the lake from the restaurant were stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we loved our stay.
