I really liked the spacious and clean rooms with separate living and bedroom areas. the balcony in each room was a nice touch. the breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide range of choices to suit everyone's tastes. the hotel's proximity to the airport was very convenient for my business trip, saving me time and hassle.

There were a few downsides to my experience. the signage within the hotel grounds was confusing, making it difficult to find my way around and locate my room.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with a wide range of local and international dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided the best service I've ever experienced. The spa services were heavenly and the Teppanyaki was delicious and a great value. The kids club was impressive, with a clean and spacious area that even had nap rooms. The one-of-a-kind palm tree mini temple by the Italian restaurant was a highlight, especially with the great live music often playing.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints whatsoever.

We stayed at a classic villa type of hotel, Patra Bali Resort & Villas - Chse Certified, for one night during our overnight transfer in Bali. the location was perfect, just a short taxi ride from Denpasar Ngurah Rai airport. the hotel offers convenient access to the airport and is also situated right on the beachfront. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel had multiple generously sized pools. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near Kuta beach with a free shuttle service. It was great to be within walking distance to the local beach and have access to the resort pool and small shops for meals and drinks. The beautiful grounds and tennis court added to the overall experience. Being close to the airport was a bonus for our travels, and the serenity of the resort was truly relaxing.

We felt very welcome during our stay, and we have no complaints at all.

Had a sunny Easter break. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet and the free shuttle bus to the nearby city. the hotel's location, near the airport, was convenient, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome.

The vegetarian menu was very limited, and the rooms' price was too expensive for the quality. the bathroom shower seemed unclean, and the room was noisy, which made it challenging to sleep.

We had a great value for our money at this resort, especially with the upgrade to a deluxe room. The room was spacious and the small balcony offered a nice view of the resort's garden. The pool was fantastic, with a unique pool bar. The proximity of the pool and the beach made it even better. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel special throughout our stay.

This resort offers a comfortable stay with a large, beautiful swimming pool and cozy, spacious rooms with nice bathrooms. The rich breakfast selection and live traditional music add to the enjoyable experience. The location is very close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. On foot, it is very, very close to the airport, and within a 10-minute walk of markets and normal shops in the area. However, some guests have mentioned that the hotel does not offer a happy hour or food discounts, which may result in guests going to other hotels or bars for these offers.

the luxurious amenities like the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool were remarkable. the Beach access was a great bonus. Live entertainment was superb and we loved the massage service. the BBQ facilities and sun terrace made for a wonderful evening. the garden area was well-maintained and lush. the continental breakfast was delicious and we couldn't get enough of the poolside snack bar. the bar/lounge area offered great cocktails and the buffet breakfast was scrumptious.

Our only minor issue was with the lack of private facilities. the leisure/TV room was always occupied and we wished we had more space to retreat to.

We had a fantastic stay at Patra Bali Resort & Villas. the property is well-situated with breathtaking views of the main pool area and the beach. the poolside is the perfect spot to relax with a drink, and the pool bar offers tasty snacks like their delicious calamari. the staff at the resort are incredibly helpful and even surprised us with a cake for our anniversary. the room itself was comfortable, although it lacked a bit of luxury. with the beautiful outdoor areas and the poolside breakfast spread, we hardly spent any time indoors. the location is convenient, and we easily used the Blue Bird taxi service to get around.

enjoyed our stay here, especially the proximity to the airport and the free room upgrade. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. It was our first time staying here but we were impressed.
