Despite the negatives, the staff at this hotel were fantastic. They were extremely polite and made me feel welcomed without being overly attentive. the amenities provided were also great. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the location, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and conveniently located near a large park that led directly to the port for easy access to local attractions. it was a mixed experience with both positives and negatives.

The worn-out parts of the room definitely need improvement. the sofa bed was not up to par, with weak springs and an overall outdated appearance.

I had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Guangzhou. The cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the facilities truly exceeded my expectations. The views from the 87th floor were breathtaking, especially overlooking the Pearl River. The convenience of the nearby park and the Tian Bar on the 99th floor added to the overall experience. Despite the WiFi connection being a bit unstable, the outstanding service and hospitality of the staff made up for it. The hotel truly sets a benchmark for other hotels.

The location is perfect, as it is in an open area and close to both the Canton tower and a subway station. The room was absolutely stunning, with a stylish decor and a breathtaking view of the city. The bathroom was spacious and had a beautiful view from the bathtub. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also had incredible facilities such as a fantastic restaurant and bar on the upper floors with panoramic views. it was a fantastic experience.

Well-equipped gym and sauna. Staff spoke great English, F&B manager provided excellent service. Executive Club upgrade recommended for less crowded breakfast, cocktails and check-in/out.
