Wonderful hotel with excellent pools, restaurant, and big premises. Impressive options to relax, a true gem. Beautiful property with friendly staff and convenient restaurant. Walking along the safe beach and participating in the sunset turtle release was a highlight. Love the new pool and bar area with great food and excellent wine selection. We had an amazing time at this resort. The new rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a thatched roof and a large bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mimo, who took care of us at the pool. The pool and bar area were beautifully designed and we loved lounging there all day. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the prices were reasonable. we were impressed with the maintenance of the resort and enjoyed our stay.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The room smelled fresh upon arrival and was clean. Double glazing reduced most of the noise from the street. The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from Turnham Green tube station in a nice area of the city.

The facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. One of the best aspects was the uncrowded beaches, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the resort had a great pool area and bar, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a drink.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. the enforcement of quiet hours was poor, as one group continued to party in the pool outside our room until late at night.

I had a fantastic stay at this beach resort! The bungalow I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a lovely porch with a hammock. The staff, although mostly Spanish-speaking, were kind and helpful. I enjoyed the three pools and jacuzzi, as well as the happy hour. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location, right by a nature reserve, provided a beautiful and tranquil setting.

The location was convenient, especially for accessing transportation to nearby attractions like Lake Atitlan. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The beachfront resort is located away from the bustling village. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Tasty seafood at the restaurant. English is limited but staff is friendly. Access to beach and nearby turtle hatchery for nature tours.

As solo female travelers, we loved the friendly staff and well-maintained rooms. The delicious food and affordable prices were a bonus.
