The master bedroom feels like home with a huge, comfy bed and plenty of space. The breakfast is awesome, and between 6-8, you can get 2 free alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. The staff, including front desk, maintenance, room service, and restaurant staff, are all polite. The hotel amenities, such as the spa, barber shop, shopping malls, swimming pool, sauna. This hotel is highly recommended, even though it's not in the buzzing zones. It is perfect for work and meeting people.

This place is in a great location right in the center of a shopping mall. The staff are helpful and polite, and the beds are very comfortable. I love that they offer great room service and have laundry, shuttle service, and wake-up service available.

Families would really enjoy staying here and I highly recommend it.

the staff at the hotel were not very friendly. They seemed to lack warmth and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.

We stayed at a beautiful, modern hotel with its own fantastic restaurant offering a wide variety of cuisine. the food, ranging from American to Italian to Guatemalan, was delicious but a bit pricey. the breakfast buffet, although not included, was amazing with a variety of cooked from scratch options. the hotel is connected to a shopping mall, movie theater, and convention center, making it convenient for entertainment and dining options. the convention center was spacious, although there were some power outages during our stay. the hotel staff were bilingual and the rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, offering a splendid view of the volcanoes. We really appreciated the early check-in option and the free shuttle transportation to the airport in the morning. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a wide variety of food options in the restaurant and a convenient location in a commercial center close to the airport.
