I would appreciate if the hotel had more options or activities specifically catering to senior guests. Perhaps some organized tours or activities geared towards our interests would make the vacation even more enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds at this hotel. The rooms were clean and provided a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel was superb, with key attractions and restaurants within walking distance. It was great to be able to explore the city without needing to rely on taxis. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the prompt airport transfer service, which made my arrival and departure hassle-free.

It was a shame that the hotel had a functioning espresso machine in the lobby, but didn't utilize it for a good breakfast experience. Instead, they charged an additional fee for a decent cup of coffee.

They made our stay wonderful. The hotel itself is charming, with a colonial style and cozy rooms. The location is quiet and secure, with a great restaurant, El Adobe, right across the street. one of the best hotels in town.

We especially loved the amazing donut shop and the best crepes we have ever had restaurant in Guate.

We got excellent value for our money at Ciudad Vieja. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's location near the American Embassy was convenient. The staff treated us warmly and some even spoke English, which was a great help to my wife who doesn't speak Spanish. We would definitely stay at Ciudad Vieja again if we visit Guatemala.

The breakfast experience could have been better if it started earlier, especially for guests with early morning flights.

I also found a great restaurant directly across the street serving delicious Italian and French cuisine. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
