I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One of the best things about the hotel was the location. It was conveniently located next to the Airport City Centre, making it easy for me to travel to Seoul for my business meetings. The hotel was also close to the subway, which made it convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. I especially loved the well-equipped kitchen and the separate laundry room. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff, location, cleanliness, and facilities of the hotel made my stay enjoyable and memorable.

I loved the layout of the two-bedroom apartment at Oakwood. It was perfect for my family with two children. The location was fantastic, with direct access to Hyundai Department Store and Coex.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The newly renovated rooms were modern and had a high-quality finish. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry in the room. The location was also fantastic, right next to the City Airport and connected to everything, including the COEX mall and a convenience store in the basement. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the housekeeping was outstanding, with a comprehensive array of amenities that were refilled every day.

The hotel I stayed in during my business trip was great in terms of service, as the staff was always polite and eager to help. it offered very spacious rooms with full-service apartment amenities, and a large fitness center with gym and indoor pool. the location was also very convenient, being close to various dining options.

One of the downsides of this hotel was the slow Wi-Fi connection, which made it difficult to work efficiently. I found the food and beverage prices to be overpriced compared to other 5-star hotels.

The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen were big, and the amenities were regularly topped up. The staff were courteous and helpful, providing excellent service. The apartment-like feel of Oakwood was a refreshing change from traditional hotel rooms. The concierge was incredibly helpful in guiding me through public transportation options and even helped me purchase baseball tickets. The spacious and fully-stocked kitchen made my stay even more comfortable. The gym was excellent, clean, and not crowded. The location was convenient, with easy access to the subway and COEX mall. I highly recommend Oakwood for a great stay experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated at a popular mall with easy access to the subway and close proximity to the airport. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen and great bathroom. Additionally, having a washer/dryer in the room was a convenient feature.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The facilities were quite old and in need of renovation.
