I had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff was very attentive and the basic amenities were well taken care of. The location was tucked away out of the hustle and bustle of town, but still close to everything in the most perfect way. I really enjoyed the tranquil terrace and lovely garden dotted throughout the property.

All was ok.

the location was perfect, right on a busy main street, yet it was still quiet and relaxing. the fan in the room kept us cool and comfortable at night. We were able to book activities and tours easily, and the airport transfers were seamless. the hotel itself was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the free pass to the sister hotel's pool was a great bonus on hot afternoons. Highly recommended!

We stayed at a cozy hotel in the heart of the city. The location was excellent, just a short distance from all the main attractions. The staff were very helpful and provided us with great recommendations for things to do in the area. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the service was impeccable. We also enjoyed the beautiful patio outside our room.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central area of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that Antigua has to offer. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and satisfying. The courtyard and balcony offer a peaceful and relaxing environment for guests to unwind.

There were occasional noise disturbances from outside the rooms, which could be bothersome for some guests.

I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was prepared upon request. Additionally, the hotel provided free coffee all day and had a good internet connection. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent staff, and convenient location.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel just a few blocks from Parque Central. The staff was helpful and arranged airport pickup as well as a shuttle to Lake Atitlan. The room was clean and we enjoyed the small balcony with a view of Volcan de Agua. The complimentary tea, coffee, and water coolers were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

As adults, we appreciated the convenient location near Parque Central and local attractions. The hotel's upper patio offered breathtaking views and the interior patio was a beautiful and peaceful spot. The staff was helpful and even assisted us in printing our boarding passes. The garden and rooftop were tastefully decorated with greenery and flowers. We especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea stand. The hotel was quiet and secure, yet just a short distance from the central square.

The staff at Hotel Meson Del Valle By Ahs were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When we had an issue with our room, they quickly resolved it and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time during our city break, the hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the complementary breakfast and drinks were appreciated. the location was perfect for exploring and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the view of the courtyard was beautiful and made for a peaceful setting.

The wifi was spotty at times and the room was a bit outdated, but overall it was a comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, as it was very close to the city center and I was able to easily explore everything Antigua has to offer. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests I had. Additionally, the rooms on the upper level were a great choice, as they had jacuzzis that were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Lastly, the fact that breakfast was included made my mornings hassle-free and enjoyable.

The rooms were small with little natural light and the lighting in the room was dim. Air circulation was poor and a second fan would have been helpful.
