I recently stayed at Grupotel in San Agustin for a week-long holiday. The staff were friendly and English-speaking, making communication easy. The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops, allowing for easy access to other parts of the island. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a good variety to choose from. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had ample storage space. The pool was heated, which was perfect for our winter stay. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a beautiful part of the island, away from the crowded areas but still close to the ocean.

This family-friendly hotel is perfect for those on a budget. The rooms have been recently updated and are modern and well-equipped. The hotel offers a great New Year's meal for a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and English-speaking. There are plenty of activities for children, and the hotel is located near a small shopping center with restaurants and the beach. It is also easy to access Maspalomas and Puerto Rico by car or local bus.

Felt relaxed, nothing to complain about.

The hotel had great big rooms and a nice clean pool. The balcony was a nice bonus, and the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The bar had a very good selection of drinks, and it was a great place to relax in the evenings.

One issue we had was with the air conditioning. The room was very warm at night, and the air-con didn't go lower than 18 degrees.

During our stay at Monte Feliz, my family and I were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment instead of the studio we had booked. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the regular coffee machine in the kitchen, as well as the convenience of having a dishwasher liquid dispenser and cleaning supplies readily available. The beds were generously sized and perfect for my tall partner. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, and the pool area provided a pleasant place to relax. our experience at Monte Feliz was excellent and we would recommend it to others.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a water kettle in the kitchen and the slightly soft mattresses, these did not significantly detract from our overall positive experience at Monte Feliz. Despite these small issues, the hotel provided great value for money and we found the basic and clean accommodations to be more than satisfactory.

I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was impressive. The room, although simple, was comfortable and clean. The location was nice, away from the touristy area but still convenient to explore. The staff treated us really well, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Nothing to dislike.

We stayed in a tourist busy area with plenty of sunshine, even on cloudy days. The next morning at 10am, we enjoyed the beautiful view from our spacious room overlooking the pool and the sea. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. We also took advantage of the hotel's facilities, including the pool area where we always found sunbeds available until 9:00.

Although the hotel lacked evening entertainment or a kids club, it was still a great value for money option.

The location on a hill provided beautiful views and plenty of free parking space, making it convenient for guests with vehicles. I particularly enjoyed starting my day on the balcony, soaking up the sunshine while enjoying a delicious breakfast.

The noise from other guests arriving/leaving the apartments can disrupt sleep, but overall it was a nice place to relax.
