harbour hotel sidmouth exceeded my expectations once again with their excellent dining options, luxurious rooms, and attentive staff. the complimentary gin and sherry in the room, along with the ice and lemon service before dinner, were delightful touches. the spa area was also a nice bonus, with great massages and lovely toiletries in the en-suite.

Lift not level with floor

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was nice and refreshing. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the restaurant space was spacious and well-decorated. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the coast and just a short walk to the seafront. It was great to be able to enjoy a drink out on the deck while taking in the breathtaking views of the cliffs. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I loved the thoughtful extras like the decanters of sherry and gin, as well as the coffee machine and The White Company toiletries. The restaurant, with its fantastic views of the cliffs, was elegant and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was great too.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well-appointed with high-quality toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Harbour Hotel and would recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful stay at Harbour Hotel in Sidmouth. The renovations were impressive, creating a contemporary and stylish atmosphere throughout the hotel. The sea-view from my upgraded room with a balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The staff, especially Millie, were professional and made our wedding day truly amazing. The spa facilities were excellent and we enjoyed a relaxing massage. The food at the restaurant was well-presented and delicious. The hotel's location and grounds were superb. I highly recommend this hotel for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel for a special anniversary and I must say, I was quite impressed. The location of the hotel is simply stunning, perched up on a hill overlooking the beautiful coast. The views from here were absolutely breathtaking. The decor inside the hotel was luxurious and gave off a sense of elegance. The room I stayed in was well-equipped and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a lovely terrace.

Although the service at this hotel was generally good, there were a few instances where it fell short. Some of the staff seemed untrained and not as efficient as they could have been.

The Harbour Hotel in Sidmouth was a great value for our money. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely shower. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful throughout our stay.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

The view of the beach and cliffs was magnificent, providing a fresh sea breeze. The spa treatment and breakfast and dinner package were highly recommended. The massage was rejuvenating and the spa was quaint and well-equipped. The bar and restaurant offered excellent food and drink, with a cocktail happy hour and delicious dishes like fillet steak and lobster mac and cheese. The staff were delightful and very helpful, adding extra touches for special occasions. The extensive and free car parking was a convenient feature.

The shared balcony for the sea view and balcony rooms was a drawback for privacy. The slow bath filling time and tight car park caused inconvenience.

The room was well decorated, clean, and had quality furnishings. We were pleased with the complimentary gin and sherry, and the fact that we could hire bikes for free. The location was ideal, close to the sea and within walking distance of several attractions.

The breakfast service was disorganized, we had to wait for a table, for our order to be taken, and for coffee. The cooked breakfast was of poor quality and the tables were left uncleared.
