We spent our New Year at an all-inclusive resort located near La Ceiba, Honduras. The resort had beautifully manicured gardens and a private beach, which we loved. The staff was courteous and prompt whenever we needed anything. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi and the variety of off-site attractions available in the area. The resort's location, close to the international airport, made it easy to access.

The food at the resort was not as good as we expected, and the variety was limited. The resort had only one bar, which was out by the pool and inconvenient.
