We were amazed by the beautiful Intercontinental property we stayed at. The location was excellent and offered breathtaking views. The front desk staff, especially Doris, went above and beyond to assist us. As Ambassador members, the lounge access was worth every penny, with Denis providing attentive service during Coffee break and Happy Hour. Being connected to the upscale MultiPlaza mall made our stay even more convenient. we highly recommend this hotel.

My New Year's stay at this hotel was a great experience. the spacious and clean rooms were very comfortable, with cozy beds and pillows. the hotel's location was ideal, with a shopping mall right next door, offering a variety of dining options and entertainment. I particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was delicious and had a wide variety of tasty options. the friendly and helpful staff also made my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the service in the Nau lounge was not up to par, which was disappointing and took away from the overall experience.
