The customer service at this hotel was mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed and special, especially since it was our honeymoon. Our room was super spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and hairdryer. The included facilities like the sauna, pool, and gym were jaw-dropping. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast buffet at the Siam Brasserie - it was absolutely fantastic! The tablet in the room for ordering room service was a great touch. The location was GREAT, only a short train ride away from popular attractions. our stay was amazing and we can't wait to visit again!

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location close to the metro station. The hotel had a clean and modern design with all the necessary amenities. During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the thoughtful touches provided, including a bottle of bubbly and chocolates. The central location made it easy for us to explore the city on foot, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooftop pool offered a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The noise from the street made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the hot water in the shower could be temperamental.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bangkok and had a great experience. Lancaster, the hotel I stayed at, was wonderful. The room was spacious with a large window that provided a nice view. The hotel is situated in an alley with amazing street food options right outside. The staff at Lancaster were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is new and well-maintained, offering all the necessary facilities. Despite being a bit far from the city center, it is conveniently located near the airport. Lancaster exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in Bangkok.
