I found this place to be a great spot for my stay. The room was clean and the service was friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast options and found the transportation convenient, especially since it was a quick walk to the MRT. I appreciated the shuttle service and the easy access to nearby attractions. Special thanks to the staff for making my experience relaxing. As a traveler from Italy, I felt welcomed during my visit.

Impressive gym and meticulous cleanliness throughout.

What a grand spot! The staff were real sound, makin' me feel right at home. The breakfast had a lovely mix, especially with the fresh Thai dishes. Only wish the WiFi was a bit stronger by the pool. But still, a mighty stay!

Value for money, amazing gym, taxi frustration

The friendly and helpful staff, especially the concierge, went above and beyond to enhance our stay. Breakfast had a great variety, and I was impressed by the excellent gym facilities here.

Though the lobby was stunning, our room felt cramped, detracting from my overall comfort. Additionally, I faced some minor inconvenience when the housekeeping missed replacing towels.

I was left bleeding after a bathroom mishap with a glass door!!! The cleanliness of the room's floor by the door was lacking!!! A refreshing paint job would do wonders for the tired-looking decor!!!

The breakfast was outstanding, with a diverse buffet that catered to various tastes. Staff were incredibly accommodating, making sure my requests were promptly handled.

Despite the luxurious feel, the pool area felt overcrowded at certain times, making relaxation difficult. A major letdown was the communication issues about facility hours, causing confusion during my stay.

Had a sweet as stay, heaps comfy room, but they forgot our toothbrushes. Loved the variety at breakfast, especially the fresh juices! Chur to the staff for their help.
