The staff at Ardgowan Hotel were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The outside bar area was a nice spot to relax, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast they provided. The location of the hotel was very central, making it convenient for exploring the area.

The WiFi signal in certain areas of the hotel, particularly in the rooms, was poor and inaccessible, which can be inconvenient for business travelers needing to access their work emails.

The staff are incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist. The breakfast is delicious and a welcome relief. The hotel has undergone capital investment, resulting in stylish enhancements to the accommodation and public areas.

This hotel is in a great location, close to everything in town. Rooms are basic with small twin beds, but clean and have everything you need. Staff provide excellent service, with basic amenities such as toast, coffee and fresh orange juice for breakfast on refill.

All was ok.

Lovely, comfy garden room. The room was smartly decorated and had plenty of space. It was clean and quiet, overlooking the hotel's garden. The free wifi worked well and the continental breakfast was good. The hotel also had a reliable free wifi. the room was very comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel's location is ideal, with its close proximity to both the beach and the center of town. Guests can easily enjoy the beautiful beach just a short walk away and explore all that the town has to offer. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of facilities and advantages, such as well-appointed rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a breakfast buffet to start the day off right.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from a bit of maintenance, with dusty extractor fans and lights, as well as parts that may need a fresh coat of paint.

As youngsters, we loved the cozy quilts and warm rooms, perfect for chilly Scottish weather in October. The location was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities and overall experience were great, making us feel welcome and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with it being just a short walk to the center of town and close to the Old Course and all amenities. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the staff are warm and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and the service is excellent. the hotel offers free parking and is close to golf courses and the beach.

The lack of a lift in the hotel can be a bit challenging for guests with big luggage.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was a great bonus. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to all amenities. Best of all was the delicious food served at the on-site restaurant - a great way to end each day.

The decor was a bit dated and tired, but it didn't really bother us too much. the only downside was that parking was a bit of a hassle, as we had to move the car each morning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the town, close to all the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were amazing, always ready to help and make my stay pleasant. Thirdly, the rooms were great, especially the ones on the lower floors with twin beds as requested. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with toast and coffee served promptly at 9.15am. amazing value for money!

All in all, everything was fine.

Very clean, nice reception staff, handy for golf trip, walking distance to beach and town, free parking nearby, comfortable bed.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
