An Unforgettable Experience in the Heart of Budapest

Staying here for two nights was a joy! We loved the vibrant atmosphere and convenient access to Christmas markets. The bar staff made fantastic cocktails, and breakfast was a delightful mix of local flavors. Don’t miss the espresso machine in the room—it’s a great perk!

Great location, amazing staff, but the shower's high step was tricky.

i had the most dissapointing experience at this so-called 5-star hotel. the concierge seemed more interested in pushing their expensive tours instead of answering basic questions, and i was shocked that my breakfast was charged even after i said i wouldn't use it. a personal welcome gift would have been nice, but i guess that’s too much to ask!

The staff were incredibly attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and we loved heading to nearby concert spaces for some live music. Housekeeping was top-notch, keeping everything immaculate during our stay with our two adult kids.

My wife says that the check-in process was quite slow. It would be great if families could receive rooms closer together.

The hotel experience was pretty great,, despit the unexpected twists. One moment that stands out was when they offered me fresh-sliced cold cuts right behind the breakfast station,, totally classy, you see. Also, the lobby had a very elegant vibe,, and the staff were top-notch, always ready to help, even during those hectic breakfast rushes.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly,, but you get what you pay for in the end.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room had a great view of the ferris wheel, adding to my experience. Every important site was easily reachable on foot. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed, especially Petra, who greeted me warmly. Dinner at one of the restaurants was satisfying, and the cocktails were impressive. I appreciate the blend of a European vibe with American culture, especially being a traveler from Italy with a partner who enjoys country music.

This place suits me perfectly, offering amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and in-room breakfast. On my first stay, the staff helped me with early check-in, which was memorable. I highly recommend the superb coffee shop and relaxing treatments at the spa. I always have a great experience and can’t wait to return for my next city trip!

the location is incredibly convenient, right on fashion street, and close to major attractions. the staff’s attention was outstanding, especially during breakfast (they remembered our preferences! ). the spa had various treatments and a lovely swimming pool.
