We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, very close to the main tourist attractions and next to the Housekeeping store. It was convenient for us to visit the city on foot. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a large variety of options. The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and cooperative. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the overall hotel.

Over the Easter weekend, I had a wonderful stay in Budapest. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city and taking part in the Easter festivities. the staff provided me with a map that highlighted all the nearby Easter markets, which made it easy for me to navigate and immerse myself in the local culture. Additionally, the bar in the hotel was fantastic, and the bartender's skill in creating delicious cocktails was impressive. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

One minor inconvenience during my stay was the lack of turn-down service on one night. This meant I didn't receive fresh water or replenishment of tea, coffee, and milk.

The location of the hotel is amazing, right in the middle of a fashion shopping street and close to Vorosmarty square. The room was elegant, well-maintained and had all amenities such as a kettle, safe, TV, minibar. The concierge provided great customized advice and the breakfast had great vegan and vegetarian options. I highly recommend this hotel.

Travelling alone, I loved the perfect location, excellent breakfast, breathtaking views from the SPA pool and room, and the exceptional professionalism and friendliness of the reception staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the heart of town. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, and my deluxe room was clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff made me feel at home, they were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge staff who sorted out a wine tasting experience with dining for me. The breakfast was delicious, and the water pressure and wifi were great. I also loved the stylish and modern entrance of the hotel and the nice art in the lobby.

We were initially given a small room, but the hotel quickly and graciously moved us to a larger room due to the building's shape. The hotel staff were exceptional, especially Petra and the Greeter, who ensured smooth bus pickup arrangements. The location of the hotel, right across from the Ferris Wheel and close to the Metro, was perfect for exploring the city. The included breakfast had ample choices and something for everyone.

The hotel is perfectly located, surrounded by great options for dining, such as a restaurant right next to the shopping street, and a cute café around the corner. The room was comfortable, with nice coffee and tea facilities, and water bottles readily available. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our stay easier.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the temperature couldn't be adjusted, making the room too warm at times.

Stayed at the Kempinski for a week and loved it! Central location, close to major attractions, Christmas market and subway. English-speaking staff were incredibly helpful. Enjoyed the hotel's small but fun swimming pool with a current. The massage was the best I've ever had and reasonably priced. Great selection of bars and seating areas. Highly recommend!

It made me feel so valued and appreciated. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I felt welcome and pampered. The service was phenomenal, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The pool area was a relaxing oasis, and the cocktails and food in the bar were absolutely delightful. Despite my unfortunate accident at the airport, the staff provided me with a wheelchair and ensured my comfort throughout my stay. The location was unbeatable, allowing me to easily explore the city and visit all the major attractions. I truly had a great and memorable experience at the Kempinski Hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

Stayed at the Kempinski for 3 nights for a weekend getaway. Wonderful staff, who were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed. We were lucky to get an upgraded room with a view of the park and St. Stephen's Basilica. The room service continental breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. Great central location for sightseeing and shopping.

Amazing refurbished room, facing church and wheel. Small spa with heated pool, sauna, bathrobes. Perfect location, two entrances near transportation hub and fashion street. Enjoyed it.

The only minor issue we had was that the in-room breakfast felt slightly overpriced for the portion size. the restaurant and bar area offered an impressive buffet breakfast, with a variety of options that satisfied all dietary needs.
