The hotel staff is absolutely amazing. Stephanie at the front desk went out of her way to make sure me and my family were taken care of. The clerk who checked us in was wonderful and polite. He was patient and very helpful. The staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel interior was beautiful and the building itself is very impressive. My children love the spiral stairs and the indoor/outdoor pool the most. The hotel offers a great pool for the kids. The hotel has a beautiful interior.

My family and I recently stayed at Ramada in Paintsville for our visit to Wayland and Garrett. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and the facilities were clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the gaming area, gazebo, and the various common areas where we could relax, work, or play games. The room/suite we stayed in was spacious and perfect for accommodating four people. We loved that it had two bathrooms, one for the ladies and one for the men. our stay was pleasant and we will definitely be staying at Ramada again in the future.

I had an amazing stay here! The street tacos at dinner were absolutely delicious. The suite we stayed in was perfect for four people, with a good size and even two bathrooms, one for the ladies and one for the men. The hotel was conveniently located just 45 minutes away from the Appalachian Wireless Arena, our main destination. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with options like fried balogna as a tasty alternative to bacon or sausage. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel staff were absolutely amazing. My children loved the spiral stairs and the indoor/outdoor pool area the most.

The hotel had great amenities, such as a pool, game room, and on, site restaurant. the pool area was clean and enjoyable, and the game room provided entertainment for both kids and adults. the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we were well, informed about breakfast, pool hours, and check, in. the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the walls were thick, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. Additionally, the hotel provided a booklet with helpful suggestions for local restaurants, activities, and churches.

There were a few areas that we were disappointed in. the gym was out of order during our 20, day stay, which was a letdown for those looking to maintain their exercise routine.

The complementary Easter candy and baskets in the lobby were a nice touch. Plus, the outdoor scenery was great for hunting Easter eggs with the kids. the location was close to some good hiking trails.

The indoor pool looked dirty, and our room had a bad smell and needed updating. the breakfast was lackluster, and the coffee was not drinkable.
