The game room was a fun addition with pool and table tennis. The indoor pool could use more warmth, though.

The indoor pool was disappointingly cold!!! The restaurant's limited hours and poorly prepared food need serious attention!!! Additionally, the check-in process could use clearer communication to avoid confusion!!! Avoid the unreliable Wi-Fi connection for work!!!

i celebrated my birthday during my recent stay in paintsville and the experience was fantastic. the hotel exceeded my expectations with a beautiful, clean interior and plenty of activities, like pool and air hockey. the staff were accommodating and made our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, I faced several challenges during my stay. The toilet in our room was incredibly low, making it difficult for my elderly father to use without assistance. Additionally, the ATM machine was malfunctioning, causing unnecessary stress when I tried to retrieve my card. The room we were assigned was far from the entrance, despite my request for a room closer, which added to the inconvenience given my father's mobility issues.

The queen room provided a comfortable stay with soft beds, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Interactions with the staff were consistently pleasant. the front desk team created a welcoming environment that enhanced our experience. A game room with pool and air hockey was a delightful surprise for entertainment, especially for families. However, the non-complimentary breakfast options felt more like snacks than a full meal, which was disappointing. Also, having limited restaurant hours didn’t help with flexibility for dining options.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed activities like the game room and the indoor pool. Don’t miss playing at the Paintsville Golf Course or visiting Archer Park. The bar had karaoke night, which was a blast! Good food at the restaurant, friendly staff too.

Had a boss time here, mate! Super comfy beds and the indoor pool was a right treat. Plenty of places to chill, too. Only downside was the restaurant's hours, could've done with more options. Overall, dead sound spot for a getaway!

The staff was super friendly and really helpful! Room service was prompt and the indoor pool area had a fun vibe with game tables in the middle. Breakfast was hearty and included tasty options like waffles and eggs.

The queen room had awesome amenities, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, microwave, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Loved the indoor swimming pool. The fitness centre for workouts. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing and the staff was super accommodating. The whole place exuded a welcoming vibe, which made our stay even better!
