Modern and clean apartment with comfortable bed, pillows, and nice linens. Helpful and professional staff who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Fantastic location in the city center, close to all the attractions. Well, stocked kitchen and nice outdoor space for relaxing. Great Ramen shop next door for delicious meals.

Front desk staff was rigid and uncooperative during check, in, insisting on full payment upfront. Had to make special arrangements to pay the full amount, causing inconvenience.

The apartment was very well equipped with a spacious living-dining room and a fully stocked kitchen. the smart home appliances were a nice touch, making everything convenient and modern. the floor heating throughout the apartment was a definite plus, keeping us warm and cozy during our stay. Additionally, the location of the apartment was perfect, with easy access to the coast and only a short distance to the city center and main shops.

The lighting and heating controls in the apartment were confusing and complicated to use. Despite the explanation, we were never able to figure them out properly.

The location of this hotel was really convenient. It was situated right in between several bus stops which made it easy for us to explore and go on adventures during our stay. We were also close to the old harbor and the center of the city, so we had plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing haven after a long day of exploring.

There was one minor issue that bothered us during our stay. The bathroom faucet in our room blew out of the wall when we turned on the water.

The two main drawbacks were the lack of 24/7 reception service and some technical issues with the room. It would have been more convenient to have a reception that operates round the clock, especially for guests arriving late or needing assistance early in the morning.
