The walls between the rooms were too thin and the noise from the neighboring rooms was a constant disturbance. the windows in the room did not have proper blinds, which led to light seeping into the room, this made it hard to sleep.

The rooms are generally clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The casino floor offers a wide variety of games, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food options are diverse and reasonably priced, including the delicious offerings at The Metropolitan and the affordable Borgata Buffet. The resort also features beautiful Chihuly artwork throughout.

Some of the furniture in the rooms may be noticeably worn, and the shower controls can be difficult to use.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed with exclusive facilities. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were clean and relaxing. Service was impeccable, especially at the spa and wellness center where we got a full body massage and beauty treatments.

We did notice some minor issues with the treatment room where we got our massages. the massage tables seemed slightly old and worn-out and could use an upgrade.
