We stayed in a newly renovated one-bedroom suite near the Magnificent Mile, Rush Street and the lake. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the lake or down Michigan Avenue. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and assisting us with any requests or questions we had.

The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were of high quality and exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and magnificent views. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a prime area with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nearby attractions.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the lack of power points in the room was inconvenient, especially with the number of devices that need to be charged nowadays.

The linens were comfortably cozy and the bed was fantastic. The executive junior suite had an amazing lake view with cushions along the window edges. The staff was great, and the noise level was almost non-existent. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable, and the family game room on the 32nd floor was lots of fun. The decor was calming and beautiful, and the spa, pool, and fitness center were very good. The hotel was conveniently located close to everything you could imagine in the Gold Coast area, including restaurants, and the housekeeping was impeccable.

He upgraded us to a much better room for our last night, and it had a truly nice view. The concierge and housekeeping were also helpful and efficient. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

They anticipated my needs and were always ready to assist me, whether it was getting a taxi or offering directions. the decor of the hotel was calming and beautiful, and the spa, pool, and fitness center were all of great quality. the views from the hotel were breathtaking, and the room service food was outstanding. the staff members went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, learning my name and ensuring I had everything I needed. Truly an amazing place to stay.

During our stay at the Four Seasons, we were delighted by the impeccable service provided by the concierge. We had an incredible stay at this top-notch hotel. The doormen and lobby staff were friendly and welcoming. The 44th-floor room had a breathtaking view, plenty of space, and all the amenities we could ask for. We were delighted to find complimentary treats left for us each night. The food at the Allium restaurant was exceptional, especially the cheese lavosh and potato bread. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, making it perfect for adventure travelers like us!

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many great restaurants within walking distance. The staff was attentive and eager to help, even going above and beyond to get us a taxi. The hotel's prime location also made it easy to visit major Chicago landmarks, and the main shopping street led right to the River.

There was some noise from the building creaking behind the headboard, which became annoying early in the morning.
