The location was perfect, with everything in walking distance - bus stop, shops, restaurants. Breakfast was included and they even offered reusable water bottles. We got upgraded and had access to the sauna, and the provided robes, slippers, and shampoo were a nice touch.

My Xmas stay at this hotel was amazing! the complimentary breakfast and hot chocolate were a treat. the location was perfect for exploring the city and seeing the Northern Lights. the cozy fireplace in the lobby was a nice touch and made the atmosphere so warm and inviting.

The hotel had a limited dinner menu and the room service was slow. the heating in my room was somewhat inconsistent.
