We got great value for our money at Fosshotel Baron, with a comfortable room, warm ambiance, and helpful staff. The location was convenient for walking to central areas and getting food.

Breakfast delights, but it could be improved with faster cleaning of the tables to avoid lines and a messy waffle maker area.

Great location close to downtown and Harpa. Fantastic breakfast with a variety of options for a 3-star place. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The area has a good selection of food options, including vegan menus. Free parking available, but it can get full in the evening.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just a short stroll away from the vibrant city center and the beautiful waterfront. It offers breathtaking views of the harbour and the option to enjoy the scenery from rooms with balconies. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any queries or requests. Additionally, the inclusion of breakfast is a great value for money, especially considering the high prices in Iceland. The breakfast itself is delicious, with options like whipped cream to add a little something extra to your meal.

The location was also great, with a 24-hour supermarket nearby and only a 5-minute walk to the main high street. The hotel was well-serviced for day trips and pick-ups/drop-offs from Keflavík airport. The staff were very friendly and the room was incredibly spacious with extremely comfortable beds.

As bike riders, we loved the central location and the convenience of a 24-hour shop nearby. The hotel is well-known and the excursion coaches pick up right at the hotel.

The free breakfast had a wide variety of options including scrambled eggs, croissants, and waffles. the hotel's location was very convenient, just a short walk from the shopping street and restaurants, as well as Harpa Concert Hall and Old Harbor. Another bonus was that the hotel offered pick-up and drop-off service for buses right in front of the hotel, saving us from waiting at a bus stop in the cold.

The room we stayed in was a bit dated and could use some updating. the shower in our double/twin room was extremely tiny, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's on the edge of the city center, close to the seafront, and just a short walk to Reykjavik's Downtown area. It's perfect for exploring the main street, visiting attractions like the Hallgrimskirkja and the sun voyager, and enjoying the local restaurants.

My stay at Fosshotel was better than I expected. The location was very convenient, close to the main entertainment area and harbor. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included in the price of the room. The twin bed in my room was comfortable, although the blanket was a bit short for a taller person like me. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
