Everything is what I need and want.

This hotel is situated in a strategic location, surrounded by many other attractions like Hraunfossar and right near Husafell where there are loads of activities. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern upgrades, and the bathrooms are large and fully-equipped. The staff provides superb service, especially in the dining room and bar. The breakfast buffet is of good quality. Additionally, the hotel offers access to hot tubs and a spa, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

One negative aspect is that the hotel overlooked a dinner reservation, causing a long wait for dinner.

Excellent service when our car had a flat tire. Anna at the front desk and the hotel owner went above and beyond to help us. The rooms were comfortable, and the lobby had a nice bar. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Reykholt. highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect, as we were able to visit nearby attractions such as Hraunfossar, one of the most beautiful waterfalls. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and comfy beds. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options, and we enjoyed a tasty dinner in the restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Fosshotel in Reykholt for 3 nights during my trip to Western Iceland. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing easy access to Reykjavik and the Snaefellsnes peninsula. I especially appreciated the receptionist's kindness in informing us about the possibility of seeing the aurora. The free on-site parking was convenient, and the dinner at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Furthermore, the hotel had a lovely open space at the back with small thermal baths for relaxation. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location: The hotel is located in a charming village with a rich history and breathtaking landscape. It's also conveniently close to popular attractions like Barnafoss and Hraunfossar. Staff: The staff at Fosshotel Reykholt were extremely polite and friendly, with particular mention to Bara and Vena who made our daughters feel incredibly special. The chef's culinary skills were exceptional, and the complimentary plate of desserts was a delightful surprise. Kudos also to Ana at the reception for her warm welcome and helpful advice.
