I was blown away by the stunning views at Hofsstadir - Country! The hotel is perfectly situated with a breathtaking ocean view. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast spread was delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Despite being a bit off the beaten path, the hotel's restaurant offered five-star dining, with dishes like the cod in their unique birch syrup sauce that I'll never forget. I highly recommend Hofsstadir - Country for a memorable stay in Iceland.
