The receptionist was incredibly helpful, even assisting with our bags. The hotel's location near the harbor and city center was perfect, with a lovely walk to the old houses. The room was wonderful, with comfortable bedding and a well-heated bathroom. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection, and the hotel's library was a nice touch. Plus, the ability to make fresh waffles for breakfast was a delightful surprise. The hotel was clean, beautifully furnished, and simply perfect. The views from the hotel were stunning, and its central location made it easy to explore the area. The self-check-in process was cool, and the aesthetic of the hotel was artistic and high quality. The staff was fantastic, helping us with upgrades and early check-in. The 24-hour coffee and snack bar, along with the included microwave, were great amenities. this passionate and well-managed hotel provided excellent value for the price. The proximity to the village center and harbor, along with the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate, made for a memorable stay.

We got a lot of bang for our buck with a great room and stunning views from both windows. The hotel's location overlooking the harbor was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Incredibly friendly and helpful owners. I arrived during a heavy snowstorm and they went out of their way to assist me with finding a place to eat despite the restaurant being closed. The location of the hotel near the town center and the harbor was perfect. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and comfortable with great bathrooms. The view of the city and harbor from my room was amazing. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The 24-hour availability of free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies, and nuts in the dining room was a nice touch. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the hot springs and seafront with restaurants and whale watching offices. the rooms were luxurious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms. the staff was friendly and informative, providing helpful advice for our city trip.

The only drawback was the smell of the water, which had a strong sulfur odor. However, this is a common issue throughout Iceland, so it's not specific to the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning view from our room overlooking the harbor. The room itself was spacious, clean, and bright with black out curtains for a good night's sleep. Comfortable rooms, excellent sleep quality. The shower took some getting used to, but that's expected in a geothermal area. Free coffee, tea, and snacks available 24/7. Scandavian breakfast with a variety of options. The location is great, overlooking the harbor and a short walk to the town center. I highly recommend this hotel.
