My room was well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom featuring a tub and shower. the breakfast buffet was truly exceptional, offering a delicious array of options. I also appreciated the convenient bike parking, which was a thoughtful touch for my travel needs.

Ms. Gee at the Front Desk and Mr Mack, the golf cart driver, were particularly helpful.

Building feels outdated. Shower door was unhinged.

As longer-term business travelers, we really appreciated the spacious rooms and the excellent amenities. the staff were incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast and lunch buffets were outstanding, showcasing the local culinary delights. Plus, having a Purefoods duty-free store nearby was a nice touch for grabbing American products. the pool area was also a great spot to unwind after a busy day.

I had a nice weekend at the hotel! the rooms are spacious and come with plenty of toiletries, which is a big plus. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were super accommodating. Plus, there are some great dining options close by like Jollibee and Chow King if you want something budget-friendly. the overall scent of the place was refreshing and made it feel inviting.

We did run into a few issues. the hotel is a bit separated from the casino, and it can get tricky finding parking since it's often full of casino guests.

Had a good stay during Xmas. One of the pros was the location, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. the spacious rooms were well equipped with comfortable beds and air conditioning. the breakfast buffet had a variety of tasty options to choose from.

The service was a letdown. Staff seemed understaffed and disorganized, causing long wait times for check-in and check-out.

The bathrooms/showers were clean and had a great rain shower design, excellent water pressure. Beds were comfortable with high-quality sheets/duvet. Complimentary shuttle to airport for OFW's appreciated. Professional and friendly reception/concierge staff. Cordial and helpful housekeeping staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.
